Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our Returns Center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your eyewear in its original case.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our optical team will inspect the returned frames for quality assurance; once cleared, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
